And the others problem is as the guy let the cat out of the bag years ago publicly proudly stating "every comic movie is just another billboard for the sequel" - so why bother seeing one, you've seen them all 😃

Harking back to that classic movie Singing in the Rain - in her opening lines, she says much the same. You've seen one movie, she's seen them all.

I can't speak for Marvel because I am not a big fan. Disney has for the most part ruined the Star Wars brand. The sequel trilogy was a mess, live action shows were a mixed bag, and the lore has been inconsistent. They also ruined the story of many main characters. I also find the decanonizing of the EU a tragedy.

Marvel: The early MCU under Disney was amazing (Avengers, Winter Soldier, Guardians, Infinity War). But after Endgame, quality dropped, with too many mid-tier movies and bloated Disney+ shows. Still, they made a historic, interconnected universe.

Star Wars: The Mandalorian, Andor, Rogue One = great. The sequel trilogy = messy, inconsistent vision. So Disney’s done some brilliant work, but also diluted both brands with quantity over quality.
