Can slow motion actually improve landstill in premodern MTG?

I'm still trying to figure out a deck list which can abuse Slow Motion in the Pre-Modern format.

Here's the proposed list:

Spells (36)

4 Slow Motion

4 Propaganda

4 Standstill

4 Swords to Plowshares

3 Wrath of God

1 Humility

4 Counterspell

4 Absorb

4 Exalted Angel

4 Decree of Justice

Lands (26)

4 Rishadan Ports

4 Faerie Conclave

4 Mishra's Factory

4 Adarkar Wastes

4 Tundra

3 Plains

3 Islands

Sideboard:

3 Teferi's Response

4 Disenchant

1 Vengeful Dreams

4 Tormod's Crypt

3 Mana Leak

This is a little bit of a twist on the classic Landstill deck, because I think this has a better chance against swarm decks like Goblins than does the classic list, while still having a slight chance against Moneyball and against Dreadnaught.

With propaganda and Slow Motion slowing down the opponent's creatures, I don't need as much card draw as the classic landstill deck, because I'm going to survive longer to draw the cards anyway.

I think Absorb is more useful in this deck than is Mana Leak, but I have 3 Mana leaks in SB just in case.
