The fifth film had a third or fourth "unofficial subplot" of the story of "basically echoing Toy Story 2". Perhaps that's what people had really been hoping for. And then 80 percent became a green frog 🐸 so to speak 🗣️ lol.

Toy story is a kids movie that first came out 30 years ago. People aren't going to the movies so Hollywood is trying to get people in based on nostalgia of classics so thats why everything is a sequel, prequel, a reboot, re-imagining, remake, reinterption etc but that is doomed to failure.
