What Khal Drogo did was absolutely rape. He kidnapped a woman and explicitly forced himself on her. She only liked it because she found him attractive which is why he's not portrayed as even bad for doing it. Women want men to behave like a rapist to turn them on but if they don't like your appearance it's suddenly jailtime.
This is effectively women doing their systemically privileged witchcraft thing.
