What’s the cheapest way to publish a new card game and keep brand control?

I've been working on inventing my own card game with unique rules from other games. I want to get it published, but it takes around 10k or so to make a start-up bundle of cards to sell, and they are not guaranteed to all sell right away.

The new name of the game is "Depletion" and the goal is to run your opponent out of cards by dealing damage to them. This makes Combo decks somewhat weaker, because "Life Decking" risks removing combo pieces from the deck while being swarmed. Hopefully, I will avoid creating "infinite loop" combos in the game, so people can't just win with two unintended side-effects of interactions.

There are three factions in the game, and they can't be mixed: Mind, Body, and Spirit.
