I for one think they make the happiest fictional couple and look at their daughter, it's as if they're a real family unit. Maybe I should finally watch the goddamn films. All of them.

Bella and Edward are definitely iconic, and the whole “immortal family” vibe with Renesmee is cute in a fairytale way. As a couple though, I wouldn’t call them the best ever. Their relationship is super intense, sometimes toxic, and very fantasy-based.
They’re fun, dramatic, and cozy to watch, but for “best couple,” I’d still go with others over them. Still, the films are worth watching as a cultural experience 💋🎬

I got coerced into going to one of them on a date. It was pretty terrible. If you do the math, i was obviously a grown man when those movies went to theaters. So, yes, i met a grown woman who was still into stuff meant for young girls and my warning system didn’t detect that. So i paid the price. Obviously it didn’t last long because i couldn’t relate to her meaningfully, but it took some time and my telling that first date horror story to another woman before i made the connection. Ironically, that bad first date story was part of what made the other first date a relative success. The second woman totally understood. I had become very accustomed to always being wrong because i am a man.
