Europe's history is pretty dynamic, unlike many other societies with abrupt change because of industrial revolution and European colonization. Europe went through so many phases with aesthetics that continue to get cooler until the Georgan era. That is when they started to get "lame" in my opinion. But i still have to say steampunk is pretty cool too, commonly based on Victorian era. And then the Edwardian just feel "boomer" to me lol.
I think Medieval and Renaissance are like a tie to me. Medieval got that crusade, dragon and castles focus but renaissance is like the awkward stage of being composed, "formal", long suits and ornate patterns especially from western Europe, but it still has that medieval coolness, unevenly mixed with castles, folklores, tunics and crusade mindset that contrasts, notably coming from the Holy Romans.
Overall i might go with medieval, but i would choose renaissance if specifically with renaissance Spain which uniquely fuses medieval, renaissance and pirates vibes. Portugal to some extent mixed them nicely too.
Ancient Era (Ancient Romans, Greeks, Celts, Germanic Tribes, Iberians, Etc)
Georgian (More Baroques, Neoclassical, Powdered Wigs, Napoleon, Long Suits, Tea Party)
Victorian (Gothic Revival, Top Hats, Messy Mechanical Factories, Steampunk-ish aesthetics)
Edwardian (Vintage Titanic Vibes, Antique Wooden Electronics, Early Cars, Lamp Posts, Also overlapping with the Jazz era)

I forgot to say I actually like Georgian aesthetics but only if it's stylized properly. It's because of Juste Belmont my favorite Belmont in Castlevania static.wikia.nocookie.net/.../latest The actual one just looks "ok" i guess.
I’m obsessed with late 19th‑century Europe into early Art Nouveau. 🌙✨ That crossover where gas lamps, foggy streets, Belle Époque cafés, Toulouse-Lautrec posters, Mucha’s curves and decadent cabarets all collide. It’s romantic but a bit eerie.
Architecturally, Gothic and Neo-Gothic are my other loves: tall spires, stained glass, gargoyles. Feels like living inside a fantasy painting. 🖤
