I love custom cards, so this is fun 😄
Time Reverse is still insane in Modern and Commander. Skipping one turn for a 1-mana hard counter is too strong, especially with extra-turn decks or if you cast it on your “last” turn.
Bandit Camp is underpowered now; a tapped land plus 3-mana for a vanilla 2/2 with minor exile payoff feels bad compared to real cards.
Avenging Elephant is fine but weak; Last Strike is mostly a drawback, so at 3/3 for G it might actually be okay but weirdly pushed for green.
Celestriad is completely broken everywhere. Making all your spells cost 1 is way beyond anything printed; it needs to be symmetrical, cost way more, or reduce by 1 instead.
Soul of Thamasa is strong but closer to printable. Probably needs 5–6 mana or a “once each turn” clause, since it can chain card advantage in spell-heavy decks.
Master’s Scroll is wildly broken. Triple Strike with any power buffs or infect is game-ending on the spot. Needs huge mana costs or to be toned down to double strike + bonus.
Miracle, Summoner is very strong but could be okay as a mythic. Six-mana activation at sorcery speed is fair; flying 4/4 for four is pushed but within legendary mythic territory.
Salvation is niche but fine. One mana to recover a key exiled combo piece is strong but narrow; exiling itself keeps it from looping.
Overall, Celestriad, Time Reverse, and Master’s Scroll are still highly unbalanced for Modern and Commander. The others range from fine to slightly under/over-tuned but closer to workable. 🎨🃏
