I will just name a few:
"Back In The Saddle" by Aerosmith
https://www.youtube.com/embed/UYfixAc1Bcs"We Won't Get Fooled Again" by The Who
https://www.youtube.com/embed/U4wDOI_dFfc"Who Are You?" by The Who
https://www.youtube.com/embed/LYb_nqU_43w"Immigrant Song" by Led Zeppelin
https://www.youtube.com/embed/ApxnAr6pRt0"I Just Wanna Make Love To You" by Foghat
https://www.youtube.com/embed/7IxnQjAZ4c0"Do You Feel Like We Do?" by Peter Frampton
https://www.youtube.com/embed/d3SbJHwBgbA"Sweet Emotion" by Aerosmith. It was used in the opening credits of the 1993 movie "Dazed And Confused" (which is the title of a Led Zeppelin song). The movie is about the last day of high school in Texas in May 1976. This is similar to what life was like for me as a teen.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/8Gc6br6l0OQ"Paranoid" by Black Sabbath. The song is from 1970 and I was 7 then, but it was an often-played song on FM radio throughout the 1970s.

Oh, I have to include "Sweet Leaf" by Black Sabbath.
It was the 1970s after all and most kids enjoyed the sweet leaf.

Thanks for sharing, at least you have named some mixture of songs not only the who, don't know why this question had brought the who fans 🤣🤣

12 hThis was perfect football pregame music back then. Then No Diggity by Blackstreet was the feel-good post-win celebration music, lmao. I was mostly into hip hop, so this was like rap but with the intensity of metal (I don’t know if metal is the technically correct term or not, but just colloquially speaking, in case any purists object😝)

Some sort of nu metal, similar to Limp Bizkit or Linkin Park hehe
I have remember a history teacher I had gave me his copy of 1984 because he heard me blasting this song one day and he made some wise ass comment about my politics I don't remember what it was but it was good because I remember him telling me about a shirt he got seeing them live on tour. 😂
1.2K opinions shared on Entertainment & Arts topic. A couple of the first ones that got me hyped in my ea teens were Born to be Wild by Steppenwolf and Gimme Some Lovin' by the Spencer Davis Group.
really
Later, I liked things like Communication Breakdown and The Immigrant Song by Led Zep, Highwayy Star by Deep Purple, and Children of the Grave by Black Sabbath.23 Reply- 1 d
I like some of the others but nothing can beat steppenwolf - born to be wild 🤠

8 hI know that one, but I didn't discover it 'til I was in my 20s, so YEARS after it was released. Does it have to be a song that came out when I was a teenager? Because I honestly can't think of one. During my teenage years, there was like a gap in the music industry. All the good newer stuff I listed to, came out like right before I became a teenager. That was like the last era of good music.

Mostly 90s EDM songs. Many of them. I like 80s songs too, but that was quite before I was a teenager.

You're obsessed with "the who" hehe
Here's my favorite one for you 😄
I have always thought that this one was for "Limp Bizkit" until recently i found out that it was for the who...

Is that what I'm supposed to say?
I mean, I'm "Gen Z" after all...
Or am I?18 Reply- 1 d
Yes you are hehe but welcome to our millennial songs portal...
When i saw the band recently on youtube, i was shocked seeing them old, i mean last time i saw them was from more than 25 years ago...
Time had passed so fast... Lol, once again
Who says I'm really my age?
I could be older than you.
Do you think this wisdom exists in a 25 year old? 😂- 1 d

From where do you dig up these bands? 🤣🤣
Sounds like the fake AC/DC copy haha - 8 h
You don't know Nazareth/this song? They play it all the time on American radio. "Love Hurts" is their other big hit
- 8 h
@KostasKouvalis their name isn't strange on my ear but i surely don't recognize their songs...
- 8 h
This came out in 1974, Tony. You should check out the album or CD. It has several good songs along with 'Love Hurts', if which I'm certain you will enjoy.
As for AC⚡DC, they both rise to fame in the 70s and were Scotts as well. But they didn't climb as high as the best rock band ever. - 6 h
Not on the rolling stone magazine 😄
- 6 h
The 70's means to me the one and only "Led Zeppelin" hehe

For me it was “Bring Me to Life” by Evanescence blasting in my headphones on the school bus 😅 That drama made everything feel like a movie scene. Also Linkin Park’s “Numb” and “In the End” were instant adrenaline, plus some Britney and early Eminem when I felt extra rebellious. Pure teenage soundtrack nostalgia 🎧🔥
