I believed that friendships tend to last but, you proved me wrong!

I guess you always knew that you never wanted anything serious like friendship with me...you always knew what you wanted. I completely lost my hope on friendships on that August afternoon,2014...but you stepped in...and made me feel that friendships are still out there.

You showed me rainbows, I helped you build them.

You asked me for help, I was there for you.

You spent days and nights with me and I felt that friendships are meant to last forever...

Then the day came when I needed you...

You weren't there...

Then I realized what a fool I am thinking that I actually deserve friendship with someone who is so good than me... but you made it seem like its my fault.

My faith in friendships is forever shattered.... To those who have friends out there, I hope you stay together forever and your friendships may be blessed unlike mine.

I was blind to not to see that you were meant to leave.

Today...I am in my room, sitting alone, wiping my own tears, realizing that i have no one to hold me and wipe my tears. I guess this is how life works, I learnt this the hard way and i hope no one,including you, ever goes through what I am going through right now in my life.

If you wanted to be in my life, you would make some effort to be in it, no excuses, no "reasons".

I never knew this day would come,

I never expected to have to say goodbye to my one and only friend,

I never expected you to break your own promises you made me,

I never knew after all these days, there'd be laughter,there'd be tears,

I never knew you would walk away just like that,

Anyways....

I know my heart is broken, I hope yours won't...

I'll take the memories and keep them like a photographs close to my heart,

I wish you love, I wish you luck, I wish you all the good time,

I hope you will find a better friend than me,

I'll always remember you...

Never get too emotionally attached to anyone in your life except your parents. Not even your friends or lover. Have a lot of good friends instead of one betraying friend. No doubt we would have that "emotional vibe" when we get so close to someone. But trust me, that emotional vibe would turn into bitter feeling and acrimony when they go out of our lives. I learnt this from my experiences. I want to conclude saying "Don't take life so seriously, it's not permanent". Hope you will be alright soon!

I recently cut ties with someone I had been friends with for over 20 years. People change, their priorities change, and it is hard to be friends with someone who does nothing but use you and piss you off.
