My parents 😂😂😂 My brother and i always used to do what we want 😂😂😂 and we get punished for it but we didn't give a shit and that didn't stop us ✌🏻️😂😂😃😃
It takes money to move out... and if protective parents are the way they are then sometimes they will make you feel guilty for wanting to move out. That's just from my experience with my overprotective parent.
I know how that feels, my parents especially my mom was and still is extremely psychotic overprotective. Unfortunately I'm not in the position to move out but if I can, I'm never visiting my family again
My sister just used it as an excuse not to walk the dog or to get picked up from shifts rather than have a 1km walk home my parents didn't stop her going out with frends or on holiday though.
They wouldn't stop her if she wanted to. she's the one who mentions though I think they think there's more risk and if she's not comfortable with it they get me or my brother to do it. It just works as an excuse for her to do less to help out.
That's what one of my friends said (she has 10 siblings) and feels like they don't care about her at all because they dont ask where she's been even if she comes back the next day.
I don't know my mom calls even if I tell her im out with friends. I find it overbearing

i feel your pain
Save money and leave as soon as you can. She can;t steal your life from you.
My parents were like that. Looking on the bright side I'll know not to be the same with my kids.
how did you do to make things change?
It changed once I left home. While you're under their roof you kinda have to live by their rules, but once you're out you can do whatever you want.
thanks for d advice
my dad didnn't talk to me at all since April because I got tattoos, he still doesn't
that's not fair
yeah, he says I'm not his child anymore, but honestly I don't care much.
Nice myTake!
thanks
hope things will be better for you
Desecration of the body? My mom was soooo pissed when I got my naval piercing. I took it out the next day or else id be kicked out haha oh well
My life in a myTake! 😱
I can totally relate, sadly. .-.
yea but you're not 22 :'(
Yet, but I hope I can get into a college outside so I don't have to live with my parents once I end high school. @.@
lucky you
I can relate. Lost all of my friends, because of it.
that sucks :(
No big deal. Used to it.
My life in a nutshell. Besides the "being a girl" part.
i feel you
Because you're a girl? That doesn't even make sense. Even statistics say guys get attacked way more often.
Anyway, just do what you want. How can they stop you?
i come from a traditional beackground ^^

... they could be worried you don't know how to handle yourself?
My sister just used it as an excuse not to walk the dog or to get picked up from shifts rather than have a 1km walk home my parents didn't stop her going out with frends or on holiday though.
@sedrftvgyhujik yeah most parents aren't like this. I've walked my dog miles away w/o even my phone for the hell of it and my parents nvr stopped me.
cool

@sedrftvgyhujik lol she takes advantage.
what the hell?
? @ mytakeowner
i'm not taking advantage
no, he and I meant his sister mytakeowner!
Yes she dose and unfortunately for me and my brother she's very good at it.
i go it now... my bad :/
lol! it's fine
Count yourself lucky compared to those whose parents don't give a shit about the,

My life is was like this when I was a bit younger it's getting a little better...
lucky you
I remember when I moved out of the house my mom called the police and filed a missing persons report. Cops showed up knocking on my door...
It's worth noting that at this time I was 22 years old.
:/ ..
This is me with my parents. I constantly lie about certain things so I get more freedom.
true here
My father was like this, but I've lived with my mom since I was 9 so I understand to an extent
yea?
Can't go to parties, can't text, can't go anywhere, no makeup, no privacy. I feel ya
yea :(
Story of my life.
Surprisingly though I was a boy they never allowed me to walk at night alone.
oh :(
I feel bad for you my mom can be like that sometimes
its annoying
Are you living in a western country? If so, you should move out anyway. Living by your parents' rules when you are an adult is not going to help you.
no not from western country.. i am an eastern islander
Describes my childhood to a tee! Been there, done that, got the t-shirt!
Same here but if you become financially independent soon they cannot control you
