I don't ever want to have kids either! Loved this by the way!
I think its funny when people say they dont want kids but get a dog to fulfill that maternal or male bonding feeling with an animal. Its like just stop being in denial. Dogs are pretty much toddlers forever.
Except they are much easier to potty train, won't whine and bitch when I say no dessert, won't go through that "I hate you because you won't let me have cookies for breakfast" phase, after a couple months I can leave them by themselves, shall I go on?

What does saying honey have anything to do with your intelligence? I don't want to be a parent because I like my independence and isn't parenting about controlling something? That way they grow into a good person. Either way, insulting a person's intelligence will never get your point across

You should to learn to accept other people's decisions, whether they're big or small. Telling someone they're going to change their mind about not having kids is just disrespectful. You have your opinion and they have theirs. It's as simple as that.

I knew from my teen years that I didn't want children. I'm now 30, settled down in a permanent and stable relationship and guess what? Still don't want kids. I'm even less close to the fence about it than I was 10 years ago. I only become surer with time as I see more and more friends and family become parents and see what it does to their lives, their identities and their finances. No fuckin thanks!
And that "baby fever" we all apparently get as we hit 30? Hasn't happened.

You know what really has been proven though? Statistically 95% of women don't regret their abortions. Granted this includes women who already have children and women who feel they're not ready for it, but a large percentage of them doesn't even want them.
Wanna know more? 3% of women actually regret having children.
So tell me again that women always want kids.

I wear a lot of dark colors so that probably doesn't help my situation. As a child I was nicknamed Morticia from the Addams family and it was for good reason.
