And all those sum up to the "you are a perceived weakling".
Bullies are weak themselves and look for the weakest in the hierachy to mock and bully that person in order to feel better themselves. It's by the way the same principle how reality TV works: "look, these people are beneeath me". The only difference is that the bully enforces and empathises that "beneath me". And the easiest way to get out of that is to stop being a victim and stand up for oneself.
You make good points for stereotypical bullies. I was a bully but i worked alone and targeted anyone who pissed me off. My main targets were people who started shit with me first. I am very unforgiving and the way i justified it is "you have the nerve to make fun of me? Ill show you". One kid who tried making fun of me in grade 8, by grade 10 i made him switch schools and my high school was a catholic school.
I did take it way too far with him. I made sure he had no more friends.

I knew kid bullies, they are more in need of help than anything. They are deeply messed up at home.
I met some who got help later on and they are fine people.
I agree everyone needs to learn to defend themselves from all manners of bullies.
You have to admit that some people are dorks and need to be bullied.
Nobody "needs" to be bullied.

While he goes ahead to program the militarys most successful weapons or even AI, you'll be stuck sweeping floors at McDonalds because instead of studying you focused on who most needs bullying.

Best part is seeing those bullies all fat and bald now. I guess karma caught up with them. I use to defend those different smart people. They got bullied because of that? I also got bullied a bunch of times by bigger and stronger people, or just a group because I was different. I say you can blame bad parenting.
Ultimately the reason why you get bullied matters little.
What matters is that once you hurt and maim the aggressor a little bit, they will stop bothering you...

I was bullied (made to feel unwelcome) for years in primary and secondary school by three females. I was the shy quiet not skinny and got good grades. Also found it hard to make friends. Its been 10 years and I still think they're cunts.

@Soremain Many bullies are bullied themselves or have been bullied. In some schools you have to stand your ground in some kind of way and come off as at least a little bit "tough", otherwise you'd be bullied even more/ be seen as even weaker, seen it happen, a lot. I was bullied and bullied too. Its a vicious cycle.
@Rainie_ Me too. But I was never the one taking the shit and redirecting to others. I think those people were just as bad as the original bullies.
@Rainie_ So instead of standing against the bullies, you join them and start bulling other innocent people. Imagine if your friend did this to you. How would you feel? She gets bullied, then she decides to start bulling you instead of being your friend. Completely fine for you?
@Soremain I didn't join them, I bullied others, there were 120 students a year group... You don't know the situation that went on at my school. It was so common that it was just a part of life for everyone, they even bullied teachers and teachers bullied students. People's mindset was different. Obviously its different now that Im an adult and know better but do you really suppose 11-15 year olds know better in an environment like that?
@Rainie_ By joining them I mean becoming a bully yourself. Not necessarily the same people because it doesn't matter. "Others" are just humans like you and your friends. And no I do not expect that. Of course kids are clueless and they learn from their environment. But it was just weird that you felt the need to defend bullies and at the same time acknowledge it was just about being young and stupid :D
@Soremain I wasn't defending, I was explaining the situation as it was and is for many.
@Rainie_ I see. That's what I noticed too. To avoid the pain yourself, redirect it to others. Hopefully kids today are smarter and throw the shit bag where it became from and not pass it forward.
I'm against bullying, Most of what you state is true. Maybe because most bullies think of themselves better than the others and most bullied let them do it, they just need to be strong and fight back just like your gif.
No wonder why those ugly guys used to bully me a lot and hated me for no reason. Now I know why, it is because they were jealous that I am more handsome than them and girls only pay attention to me and not them. I wish I can make them more uglier with my barehands.
Another reason is for guys being scrawny or showing more than a little emotion

@Pimop95 I remember seeing this and Australia really had to tell that school to leave me along for defending himself. Kid is and will remain a legend.
there's a guy at my school who try to bully or affect me by words everytime due to the fact that i'm quiet and unpopular, But i just ignore him cuz he ain't shit. The guy eventually got bored and stopped.
I was bullied for lots of reasons. Being overweight, Having mostly all female friends, I wasn't redneck enough or really Republican in a small Southern town, I was raised by my grandparens
