@ThatNateGuy , please, do write a follow up article. I for one am really interested in learning how to reverse, or get out of the friend zone. I was getting to know a girl once, and I thought things were going well... she commented positively on the way I looked, was always saying sweet things to me, was interested in talking to me a lot, and even said some sexual things to me. It wasn't like she was some girl I had one class with, or some hot girl I saw once at a bar... no, me and this girl used to talk for hours all the time.
So when she said that we worked as friends but not a relationship, I was really angered, hurt, and confused. I was good enough for her to want to talk to all the time, good enough for her to say sweet things to me and for us to really be friends... but not good enough to date her. Looking back, I see I made some mistakes on this list.
So I'm glad you believe there is a way out. I'm tired of these cynics that just say "give up". I'd like to hear your thoughts.

I may have to write a corollary article on how to test if you are in the FZ and how to get out. I like this article.

Amazing article, (picture me and fellow commenters in a cirlce I go first)-
"Hi I'm Wesley"
group: "Hi Wesley"
Me: I suffer from habitual friendzoning
Nice article, good points. Guess many guys don't realize be accessible not availble. One of the common things you see.
And you're cute :)
@sheeps. I haven't write one for girls, but since a couple of you have requested it, I'll work on it.
@cluelessromeo I'm sort of flattered to be compared to the PUA big dogs. Love and the dating game is as much a science as it is an art.
i prefer the friend approach now more than ever I really hate the guidelines of dating I do it all without direction XD nice article very in depth -_-
Horrible article, full irrelevant points. This will not help you.
as a girl who has been friend zoned a lot, I commiserate.
Good read! Well written. Rule numbers one & 3 is the two that most guys really need to get.
@Yeahhbro- Absolutely. Nothing worth doing is easy. But the more you work at it, the easier it gets.
Pretty much the only thing you can do is stop being their friend and doing shit for them.
The meeting women part is the difficulty for me lol.
Don't be friends with women. Don't do anything for anyone that you don't have to. That's the way to avoid this situation.
I obey all these rules and still little/sporadic result, so it's something else - it may change though
Rule number 6
Just find another woman to go out with...
The best way to stay out of the friend zone is not to get into it. Don't make friends with a girl you like. Keep your distance. Let her come to you.
its only one rules . don't be ugly and I failed that one since I was born
You missed out be good looking.
Great article! It looks good to me :D
is there one specifically for girls?
