Family and friends
Thanksgiving is not only about eating but actually sharing time with your family and friends and being thankful and we all should be thankful to God for allowing us to experience the holiday in love with our family and friends. I decided to combine these 2 F's of family and friends. We should take time to visit our family and friends to celebrate thanks for what our pilgrims set forth to help us have a holiday that we can cherish.
Food
Of course, we usually eat a lot of food that usually is turkey, yams, stuffing, rolls, cranberry sauce and green beans. This can alternate but turkey and yams are 2 of the main foods that almost all people eat. Of course we love forward to eating a full meal and are glad when we get enough on our plate. Eating turkey can cause us to sleep so many people are opting for ham as their food eating willpower on Thanksgiving seems to be less under control.
Football
Of course there will be football games on Thanksgiving. There will be 3 NFL games on Thanksgiving 2019 which are Chicago Bears @ Detroit Lions, Buffalo Bills @ Dallas Cowboys and New Orleans Saints @ Atlanta Falcons. I am uncertain if there are any college football games on in Thanksgiving 2019 but the egg bowl used to be played every Thanksgiving between Mississippi Rebels and Mississippi State Bulldogs.
Conclusion:
I am glad of all 4 of the F's: Family, Friends, Food and Football. Of course there could exist other words beginning with an F that can contribute to Thanksgiving but I can't seem to think of any of the bigger ones that applies. Please share how you like your Thanksgiving to be celebrated!
