Should I talk to my female friend about why she kissed me on the cheek? She thought I was asleep?

We've been friends for years and she's recently single and has been super flirty around all of her guy friends. Understandable she's trying to move on. She had a class late last night and was feeling sick and said it was her girly time of the month so i let her spend the night and she was thankful so did nothing weird. She cuddles but it wasn't anything different as with other guyfriends so i had my arm around her and she was laying on my shoulder and I was dozing off but not out yet. She kissed my cheek and I felt it but didn't move and fell asleep so she didn't feel awkward knowing in was aware of what happened.

If you after this kiss on the cheek, you develop feelings for her in a romantic way, if you haven't already; I think you should tell her how you feel. On the other hand if you don't and haven't had feelings for her, she kissed you because right now you're her closes guy friend and you were there to comfort her. So she felt sweet about you.. That's everything you should get from a relationship. Also if you guys can grow together and learn from each other. I assume you now have a romantic feeling for her especially since you find her attractive. If you now or have ever wanted more than a friendship let her know. She might feel the same but you don't want to regret not following your heart, if being with her romantically is in your heart. She could very well feel the same way. Remember the dynamic of your relationship has already altered in a way and it will alter if you both choose to move toward with romance and if you don't. Change isn't always a bad thing. If those aren't things she looks for in a relationship then and if she's been hurt by guys similar to you and you can't (at least not yet change for her) remain friends accept the kiss as is and try to move forward. You don't want to hurt her and in romance you expect a lot more from a person than just a friend. She probably sees a potential in you but realizes she may expect more and that could be a reason if she is interested in you romantically hasn't pursued. She doesn't want to be hurt by her best friend. By the way, knowing how many girls you've been with if you were to start dating will spur jealousy and insecurity. It's great you realize that... She hasn't experienced the heartache sex can bring... Especially since she doesn't just want to dispose of her virginity. She feels it special and that will hurt her if you do accidentally mess up while you are with her. It will open up a different kind of trust.
