Anyone else feel inadequate compared to their siblings?

All of my 3 siblings are ridiculously attractive. They're intelligent, in college, and two of them are athletic. That, and they're hilarious enough to make you cry from laughter. I can't help but feel like the good genes might've skipped over me. I know I shouldn't compare myself to other people, I hardly ever get low self esteem, but my mom always brags about how pretty and smart my sister is to other parents and never about me. Anyone else feel similar?

My older brother is way better at school than I am, and he has a naturally fast metabolism that makes him have a good body no matter what (unlike me).
Other than that, I think we both have our pros and cons so it balances out. I'm really funny, he's kinda funny, I have OCD about my hair, he has some quirks I can't think of right now, etc.

My younger sister is smart too (we're ALL smart, it's just that my brother is better at school), but she's extremely temperamental, and I'm not. I don't feel inadequate to her.

I feel the same way. I feel like my little sister has everything I don't. When it comes to looks, she's like Angelina fucking Jolie compared to me, all the guys like her and want her. Also most relatives prefer her over me, I don't even know why, everyone always wants to be around her. She's not smarter than me but she ain't lazy like me, she sets goals for herself and achieves them, very ambitious. Our mother loves her but hates me. She treats her a million times better.
It's not fair. It's. Just. Not. Fair.

Yes, having one sister can be really irritating. It's just comparisons all thee fucken time. It doesn't help that I have tough skin and she is really sensitive and because of that, people look at me as the "bad one" and her as the "good one." If she wasn't so sensitive, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't look so devil ish, you know. Any who, I have grown up and learned to be more patient, however, when I see people not appreciating that, I give them what I used to be or at least not give a shit anymore.

yeah, my mother does it somtimes... They compare me to my older sister or my older brother, both really smart and have good grades and are pursuing high educations. And then you have me, i have no idea what i want, my grades aren't that great.. so soemtimes i feel lika failure compared to my older siblings...

No. I actually thought it was fine until I found out that she wanted me to call her and can't seem to understand that I don't like talking on the phone.

Meh. Now I don't care. Especially after I asked her for money that I really needed and I would pay back and she didn't give it... though I KNOW she had enough for it.

So now I don't care.

Ahh, sorry about that. Sounds pretty messed up. I hate talking on the phone too, I need to look at someone's face while I talk to them or it doesn't feel right.

No my brothers and I are equally gifted in different areas so thankfully I never felt the need to compete. One of them is taller than me though and sometimes I wish I had some of that height. But otherwise happy with everything.

No they always get jealous of me. They try too hard to be competitive and I really just don't care.

Nah I'm the only girl. I only have one brother and we ar 14 years apart. I grew up around all boys so that never really happened to me. But I think I'm kinda cute.
