In the event that you meant "My best friend is dating the guy I like"

- Move on =)

In any other cirumstance:

- Move on. =)

- They are in a relationship now

- You will only push them away and cause jealousy if you pursue anything

- You could lose a friend if you try to talk it out with either one of them

- You would be stealing your best friends boyfriend which isn't morally correct

I don't think you should do anything. Are you willing to change or risk your friendship over a guy? What if it doesn't work out at all with him? If you ask me, the risk is not worth it. Since they are together, you should respect their relationship. Not try to break them up or anything.
