It should begin with a consonant, since Cassandra ends in a vowel. That would roll off the tongue a little better in my opinion

Things like Cassandra Rebecca, Katherine etc. sound kind of rushed to me when you say them. Whereas Cassandra Ava gives a little pause, which allows you to appreciate the name a bit more.

I don't know, maybe I'm just rambling.
