Ex girl has a new boyfriend but she still wants to hang out with me

I feel like we still both care for each other and deep down want to be together, she doesn't tell him we hang out but insist that were just doing it as friends. I can't hang out with her as just a friend because she means a lot more to me and it kills me to be with her while she is with someone else but I don't want to not hang out and talk to her because I don't want her to get the idea that I don't like her anymore I want to keep the door open for her

Its obvious the two of you still have deeper feelings for one another. Its not fair to her boyfriend if she wants to be with you. Personally, what she should do is woman up, tell her boyfriend that her heart is somewhere else and that she doesn't want to hurt him and let him move on. Its better to let the boyfriend be free rather than her cheating on him to be with you, whom she wants to be with anyway. Tell her how you feel! Perhaps she is waiting for you to tell her that you want to be more than friends and that will give her the green light to break things off with her boyfriend so the two of you can be together without feeling guilty.
