Why is my ex girlfriend asking to hang out?

So me and my ex girlfriend broke up about a year ago. We had been dating for a year and a half. Do to day she came to work and after work she I and a coworker we talking about stuff and then we got on the sip just about us dating and she was saying things she didn't like about me when we where dating. Then she took my hat and was hitting me with it and she dropped it and I went to pick it up and she like jumped on me to get it. Then after this she invites me and my coworker out for drink. She first asked the my coworker. It was strange and this isn't the first time this has happened. I don't understand what's up with this behavior can anyone help?

she is inviting you to hang out with friends so she can have an excuse to be around you. talking about the things she didn't like in the relationship is a big flag. she is either trying to hint that she wants to start over and it be different or she just warning you for the next girl.

her asking your co worker out to drinks before you is another major flag. she might have done this because she wants to not show favor to you and also want you to notice her.

It's strange. I asked my coworker this morning what she thought of the conversation last night and she thought my ex still likes me. And yes she was acting like a 12 year old. When I went out last night she sat next to me and it was strange.
