Girls, how do I handle "friend poaching"?

I've been friends with this girl for about a year a half. We got along well right off the bat, and in fact have never fought or had any disagreements.

However lately she's been very clearly trying to "friend poach" a couple good friends of mine, by constantly texting them to make plans and not including me. Normally, I wouldn't at all mind them making separate plans, but I notice that she makes passive-aggressive comments about me in front of these friends. I have to imagine she is doing the same if I'm not around. This actually does upset me, because I feel as though I've been a good friend to her.

She doesn't have many other friendships, whereas I do make friends easily, so I've gone out of my way to include her. Note: we are in our early 30's!! I've debated even posting this question because it all seems so childish. But: how should I handle this? Does she secretly dislike me? What's strange is, she still wants to be a part of everything I do (happy hours, trips, activities, etc. etc.)

Its hard to deal with people like this because they are very immature if you face her then she'll blow it even more out of proportion and if you hate it now wait till later. I would advice you to be cold with her ignore her be very formal and short. She'll know she did something wrong. If she still acts this way consider cutting her off completely
