My friend gets mad when I disagree with her, even over the dumbest things?

This is really strange and it just started within the past few weeks. She wasn't like this before.

Lately, whenever we have different opinions, she gets visibly irritated and won't stop bringing it up as if she needs to prove herself. We were talking about how we like hamburgers done, for example, and she got so irritated when i said i prefer mine well done, vs how she likes hers. It sounds like a joke but it's really not, and it's not fun because she gets borderline angry.

We were also talking about places we'd like to visit and she was aggressively trying to shoot down my top pick.

What is up with this behavior?
