I don't think appearance has too much to do with hiring an adequate babysitter. Of course from one extreme like someone who's face is tatted and has piercings up the millions will not gain preference over someone more appropriate or normal looking for me. I would've actively search for a babysitter that HAS to be attractive. I'd just choose someone based on a good track record and personality from an interview I conduct.
