Do you think I have a right to tell my roommate that he needs to let me know when he’s coming back to our apartment?

I live on a college campus apartment (we don’t have keys to get into our apartment, we use our student ID’s). Because of the coronavirus, all students had to move off campus (including those who live in the on campus apartments), however, I was approved to stay in my apartment, but my other two male roommates were not. My two roommates had until March 25 to get their stuff, and they came a few days ago to get their belongings. After they got their stuff, I thought I was completely alone. Around 1am, I was in bed and I heard my front door open and someone used my bathroom (my bathroom is across from my room), so I texted the roommate who I share the bathroom with, if he was in the apartment, and he said no. So I texted my other roommate, and he never responded. So, of course I’m freaking out, because I don’t know who would be in my apartment at 1AM if both of my roommates got their stuff out a few days ago?

If it was my other roommate, do you think I have a right to tell him that he needs to let me know if he’s going to be coming back to the apartment, especially if it’s after midnight? Because I still don’t know who came into my apartment, and I’m really scared
