Should I talk to my roommate about this?

My roommate and I are college friends and we got a third roommate. Our third roommate doesn’t clean up after herself, and one night, there were a lot of dishes in the sink, and my friend insinuated that it was me who left the mess in the kitchen. After explaining to her that it wasn’t me, she said, “well I just assumed it was you because you cook a lot”

We share everything in the kitchen unless told otherwise. So I was using a cup one day (turned out to be my friend’s cup) and she said, “I notice you use that cup a lot. Since it’s fragile, can you not use it anymore?”. So I complied, but our third roommate still uses that cup and my friend hasn’t said anything to her.

I feel like my friend is being shady, but then again, I’m overly sensitive. So should I talk to her about this?
