I hate my dad's girlfriend, what should I do?

My dad has been with his girlfriend for so many years and now she started living with us about 2 months ago. Ever since she started living with us, I have started liking her less and less.

Most of the times, I feel like a third wheeler because whenever we take walks my dad always talks and asks questions to his girlfriend but never me. I have a habit of standing really close to people but whenever we walk, my dad complains that I am too close to him but whenever we walk with the two of us he never complains.

Whenever I say good morning to her she always sounds upset and annoyed whenever she answers. Also, when I am done showering I always leave the door closed but recently my dad's girlfriend said, "Next time make sure to leave the door closed". The bad part is that she said it in the most nastiest voice with an attitude.(Kind of the way teenage girls talk in movies)

I still don't feel comfortable living with her and I am not excited to send the summer with her. My family is separated so I am thinking of telling my mom about this so what should I do about this?

Talk to your dad. You need some alone time with him, sounds like you're getting a little jealous.
The rest just sounds like teenage agnst. It takes time to adjust to a new situation

I am not old enough yet but I am more than happy for when its time for me to move on in college. Also, I am graduating middle school this year and she didn't congratulate me smh.

I presume your dad won't listen to you because he likes her and you are just a kid... maybe you can ask your mother to spend your summer with her?

My mom and dad are not married but over the summer I spend a lot of time with my grandparents which is good.

I have talked with my dad about something similar like this. He would most likely say, "Oh come on, you have always liked her in the past." Well, everyone changes and now since I am living with her I like her less. Also, I might get someone to talk to so that's a good option.

You should try and incite a fight between them , make them break up. Then tell her when its over that it was you

I often have fights with my parents since I am sensitive but they will never break up no matter what. Even if they did break up I will be happier and I would want him to date someone who we actually both like.

Are you really 13 ? You should talk to your dad and tell him that if you were 18 or 20 you would have preferred to have left them alone and moved out but since you are 13 tell him that you dont like how his girlfriend is always antagonizing you.

Tell him you want him to be happy but just because his girlfriend is a good partner/person in bed , doesn't mean she is a good parent/guardian.
You should tell him that he should have a word with her , tell him you dont like her point blank

What will he do? scream at you or deny it. But at least you would have said everything you had to say

No , I am saying she may deserve your father but she may be on great terms with her but that doesn't automatically make her a good guardian/parent for you.

Just tell that to your father that you know he likes her , but you think she doesn't like you

I think you need to let your mother know how you feel
