So my uncle gives me weird stares and makes me uncomfortable, what should I do?

So my uncle makes me reallyyy uncomfortable and gives off really creepy vibes and apparently other members of my family noticed it too but he did nothing bad yet... Whenever we stay at his and my aunt's place, he keeps staring at me very intensely and it's unsettling... Also, the daughter of my mother's friend stayed at our place when they were over, she was my age, and she felt that way too... I'm freaking out because my aunt is a really good person and the fact that other people (and not just me) think he's a creep weirds me out and makes me worry about her and my cousin...

Yeah my mom already knows, and we already discussed about and she said that we didn't have proof, that I have to ignore him but as soon as he does something to me, I'll have to go immediately to her. Luckily, I only see him on holidays so I'm not concerned about them.
