How do I kick disrespectful adult child out but still get them to clean do errands and babysit younger brothers and sisters whenever I want?

• She cries too much I hate crying it makes me furious
• She says her brother is beating her up I say suck it up I don't care my problems are worse than hers

It's one or the other. If you want her living with you, have her do chores, if you want her gone, unless there's cash flowing out, don't expect work going in. After I left my folks house I didn't talk to them for years after they sold some things I had bought, like a car. Granted I had my own place to go relax at when I was 16. My parents also didn't have arbitrary rules and expectations that sound pretty shitty like yours do as well.

Maybe try being a better parent to your other kids? Your husband is on to something there. Would you rather her hook up with a guy like me to keep a roof over her head and food on the table?
