Baby books or whatever they have said they need. Maybe get with a bunch of other people and get a nice stroller or crib.

I'd bring a nanny cam to keep an eye on the little one while it's sleeping. A package of cloth diapers to use as spit up clothes for the baby. It was the best gift that we ever got.
