Do you have more friends in person or online?

For what I consider a "more real" friendship, I have three online friends, I've got to know them well and long enough... years and years.

But in person I have at least three times more the number of friends, funny thing is now I have to reach most of them and most of the time, via online... lol.

I have a large group of friends irl. Lots of personal & interpersonal relationships in real life as I have to network a lot too. I only have a few online friends. I value contact and face to face communication and getting to know people in reality, as it is more visual. You can touch, feel and see facial expressions and not misconstrued text.

I guess neither - I have opportunities to make friends but I do not take them cause I do not like to spend my time talking to people since it interferes with productivity and I do not feel comfortable with attention which is one reason I avoid people who try to be my social contact.

In person. You don't have online friends, you're illuding that you do, but if you need a hand for real they are not going to come to you. Some exceptions can probably happen, talking by probability only, but it's very unlikely.

I have met quite a few people online that became my IRL friends due to social meet ups and group gatherings (pre-covid) but i would say i have more in person friendships than online friendships (acquaintance or not)

More friends online at the moment, i lost a few friends recently and i made some new online people to talk to and get to know. during the pandemic, all you could do was meet people online and it was pretty popular and still is.

Online is 'virtual'. It's not reality, it's just text. The people that you enjoy and spend time with IRL are your friends.

I have more friends in person but it seems like they don't have time to talk to me so I'm really thankful that I have online friends. I can talk about my problems with my online friends but I can't with my friends in person, I don't know why.
