    3. Just because you meet someone once or twice and you get along, doesn’t mean you’re friends. Friendship takes time to build

    Have fun. It's not forever.
Make your life what you want it to be. Nobody else will.
Don't count on others for your own success.
Enjoy yourself and your time with others. In the end, that is all that matters.
Leave everything a little better than you found it. Restrooms, parks, relationships, Earth.

My 10 Commandments as they stand now.
    1. Do no purposeful harm to others, except for the physical defense of you and yours.
    2. You, and you alone are responsible for your actions.
    3. All peoples are the same and have the right to be treated in a respectfully dignified manner.
    4. Make your actions and words ethical and honorable. Use common sense.
    5. Accept constructive criticism and learn from your mistakes.
    6. Be tolerant. You have your morals, beliefs and practices and others have theirs.
    7. Find the even ground in what you do.
    8. Seek out pleasure.
    9. Look for facts. Truths are arbitrary.
    10. Believe in yourself first and foremost.

    Communication can't fix everything.

the hardest thing in life : in relationships, careers, projects - is knowing when to dig in and when to move on.

no matter who you are, you can get by without for a while, but for most of your life you're going to need a way to earn money, something that makes you feel valued, some sort of physical activity that you do.

wanting the same things in a relationship probably matters more than their objective characteristics from the outside.

Life taught me so far to:
Think with head more, not heart
Dont fall in love too fast
Never settle for less than you deserve
Be comfortable to say no & always speak up
    Despair doesn't get you anywhere
Noone really cares, you are your own best friend

That the world shouldn’t change ur perceptions / ideologies. When you truly live the way you love, then that’s when you become your best self. You should put yourself first when it comes to your identity

Taught me that #3 is false. The hardest working people on earth are usually the poorest, on average.

Responsibility and intelligence pay off. Hard work only gets you more hard work.
