actually have someone holding her hand on th other side while directing another person to get towels aprons to put under her, another to get cool compress for her head and try to get her focused and calmer, i would hold one of her hands and coach her through it, with the breathing they are supposed to do etc, looked like most people panicked but it was rather sad to see how many grabbed a phone to video instead of actually helping- what a sad culture we live in.

I'm an EMT, so I would help her deliver it.

I would make sure someone was calling 911 to get some additional resources on scene including transportation. I would begin by attempting to have a conversation with her, let her know I'm there to help. This woman in the video is freaking out and I think part of that is because everyone around her is freaking out. Knowing that she is in capable hands allows her to focus on what she needs to do, stay calm and deliver this baby.

Call 911 and get the blankets I keep for emergencies in my vehicle, have her sit and help out.
Call her family if I'm not helping with the birth.
Guide the paramedics in and move tables as necessary.
Whatever was needed.
And make sure no one stole her purse or phone.
