Best friend keeps putting me down?

My best friend recently keeps putting me down. She’s a good friend otherwise but I think she might be insecure and feels better by putting me down for my flaws. She puts me down for my appearance a lot. What should I do if I want to keep the friendship but want her to stop?

That isn't cool and you should tell her how it makes you feel, I had a friend like that but that's why we're not friends anymore right lol just see what happens in your case.

I feel like she’ll just deny it or get defensive if I told her how I felt. I mean who would admit to doing that on purpose? No one 😂

Well I feel like if she’s not helping you out then that’s not a good friend for you and you need look for another friendship that won’t treat you like her. You don’t have to stop talking to her but it’s better if you keep your distance.
