I could have been drug tested my whole working career, depending on the job that I held at the time. So, therefore I needed to stay away from it. They told us that they could detect weed in your system for up to thirty days.
When I was in high school, the heavy users always walked around in a cloud. They still do for that matter. Most never seceded in life as well as the rest of the classmates either.
There needs to be an accurate test to determine level of impairment and whether the effects compound themselves for heavy smokers.
Probably as good as or bad as any of the other chemicals people ingest into their bodies

It is popular because it alters one's feelings and judgements. It gives one a relaxed, I don't give a fuck feeling. Those people are driving vehicles at high speed every day. The ones that drive heavy equipment such as forklifts and tractor trailer rigs become extremely dangerous. So it's use is forbidden by many employers and government agencies.

It's just a desperate attempt to fill a void in the lives of people lacking order, purpose, direction. Damaging their bodies and addling their minds in addiction. I sympathize with those stuck in it who'd rather be free but condemn the practice as a whole.

My parents smoke weed (it is legal where they are) For me though, I don't partake. Politically, in the abstract sense, I don't care what other people do, at home and to themselves. Inject windex for all I care~ but on the other hand, it kinda sucks to see what smoking pot has done to my mother. She used to be so strong and now she's... just not who she used to be anymore.

The sign of the times. No standards anymore. Society has severely declined. Drug use are now accepted. Getting drunk and driving is expected. Abortions destroying future tax base. Illegals treated better than Americans. Godless heathens. Homosexual marriages. Marriage on decline and those that do, divorce.

I would not want my kids around pot heads or alcoholics or non believers, or even homosexual couples.

I don't smoke weed, but many people around me - including people really close to me - do it. It doesn't bother me, as long as they don't smoke it in my face, or in face of the kids - and they aren't stoners all the time!

Im happy about it, i would rather people be relaxed and mellow than be tweaking on the addictive hard stuff or drunk raging. Plus the taxes from the pot shops actually create so much extra funds that it covers schools & infrastructure.
