Steal money from others.
Defraud the government.
Mental and sometimes physical (not sexual) abuse of my and my siblings. And of her partners.
And lie about me and my younger brother being rape babies for sympathy from others.

ehhh, most of this was my mother. my father has his faults, but he is desperately trying to be better whereas she is not to my knowledge. The list is from my mother specifically, so pretty glad I moved out of their when I hit 18, and even though I've reached out to her (she basically disowned me when I moved out but I offered her the chance to know and maybe see about a relationship with her grandchild) she's ignored me. So her choice to miss out.

afraid still stuck under her. From the snippets of info others have sort of talked about, my moving out has made her tighten her grip on my siblings, which is sad as fuck. But I've also reached out to them to say if they need me to tell me. That our mother doesn't control if they'd like a relationship with me or my kid/s, but again have been met with silence. While I get sad they seem more stuck due to me moving, I will never regret getting out of that toxic place.

I was 14. During high school, so the worst time to have to start over and not know anyone.

Not really. I lost my childhood friends because of having to leave them when I moved there. Then, I lost my high school friends when I had to move back here. So I feel a bit alone most of the time. Making new friends as an adult is much harder. It sucks to not have any lifelong friends who’ve known me for a long time.
