Is it normal to feel disrespected when people you don't know lean on your car?

I've been socially awkward most of my life, so occasionally, I have to verify with others to make sure I don't reaction awkwardly to certain situations. Well today, I got through doing some work and I see a group of random men leaning on my car. On the inside, I felt disrespected, but held my composure for the most part. I should say that it wasn't about them damaging the car, but the principle behind it. I wouldn't mind if a group of friends leaned on my car, but they were random men. Am I in the wrong for being angry at them?

It's disrespectful. Some people don't know their limits so they go around invading other people's space/privacy. Something about touching other people's property without their consent is just not okay either.

This is a normal reaction, especially if you care for your car, though it won't really harm your car unless they are wearing jeans or rough clothing, in which could cause scratching.

Nothing wrong with being yourself and stepping up with a loud voice and say hey fellas or dudes or bros or whatever can y'all please not lean on my vehichle, if they do give u issues get out the crow bar or tire iron and go head up in the end they started it.
