Do you get annoyed when people copy you?

Honestly I never understood that behavior the need to have or wish to be someone else rather then being their own original person.

lol Okay, time for the serious answer. 😂
I’ve never been copied by anyone but my little sister who copies things for fun, but like other people said it depends on what they’re copying. My sister simply has a repetitive sense of humor,(which I find annoying), but if someone was actually trying to be like me I think I might be flattered in most cases if not too extreme.

No I don't, to have someone do so I personally take it as a compliment, that they see something admirable in me to want to emulate some trait of mine, I mean we are to enhance those we encounter how we can, how I feel anyway but it won't it doesn't bother me to have someone copy me in done way or another long as it's positive and not initiated in bad way, so I'm good with it.

My husband and I had a friendship with another couple years ago. He was cheating on her and she developed an infatuation for my husband. She changed her hair to look like mine, started to dress like me, she bought jewelry that matched my jewelry, she started to talk like me, plan the same activities as me, eat the foods I ate, and she even bought a cat identical to our cat. I think there was more copying, but I can't remember it all. My kids were little and even they noticed.

Maybe in a way it is flattery. After all, Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Ever have anyone on here copy your sayings or pics?

I know quite a few people like that it's like when my friends will start hanging out with somebody and next thing you know they act just like them they talked just like them they even laughed like them. And I've always wondered if they actually know that they're doing it but all I k n o w is that it's funny I watch people even do it on here

I guess it depends on the behavior that's being copied. However, people do this to adapt their communication to one another. Like you would communicate differently with your grandma than you would with a child. Highly sensitive people and empaths do it a lot.
It could also just be because they look up to you.
