How to make my sister listen to me?

My sister is really stubborn. She never listens to me. My parents have spoilt her by not giving her certain responsibility. I'm also not very strict to her. But sometimes she never listens to me. She always annoys me. During my online classes she tries to come into my room and my teacher says to turn on camera but I can't. She even keeps talking the same things all day long. Sometimes it is very annoying as I'm kind of person who loves silence. As my mom trust her more than me I can't even complain because I will get scolded without my fault. One day she told a lie to mom that I watch phone all night long and I got scolded badly. She always does this. Even if she tell me a bitch then I can't do anything as if I complain to mom she will take my sister's side. Only my dad trust me but he is busy in his business work that he can't make time for me. Even though I'm elder I can't do anything. She have all control over me. How do I make my sister scared of me so that I can live my life peacefully?
