15 year old sister talking to herself, what should I do?

I have a 15 year old little sister who talks to herself ALL the time. Not only does she talk to herself but she answers back. One day i was getting ready to go to my boyfriends house and she was just standing in the middle of her room talking to herself. (She's been doing this since she was 5 years old.) I walked in her room and called her a weirdo and she said that Bobby doesn't like me. (I'm guessing the person she talks to) Then last night I walked in her room and saw her on her bed rocking back and fourth. She yelled at me and told me to get out before Bobby kills me. I walked out of her room and called my boyfriend and told him to come over. He came over and we were talking in my room about her. (whispering) She comes walking in cussing her head off. I've told my parents about it and they just blow it off. My boyfriend thinks my sister is crazy and I'm starting to believe that myself. Now i watch a bunch of movies and I'm literally scared for my life to the point I've been staying with my boyfriend. My parents refuse to take her to a counselor. So as her big sister I fell that I need to help her.

Do you guys think I'm just worrying to much or do you guys think I should try and find someone to help?

Does she has any friends?
I dont think that it has something demonic to do with it. Its either a psychological disorder or a habit.
If she doesn't has any friends , its probably a psychological disorder where she creates her own best friend ( or boyfriend or whatever "bobby" is lol ) . His personality would be the reflection of her own opinions.
If its a habit (probably not but anyway) then its just fine , ignore her.
by the way ur parents are doing something wrong by thinking that its just fine. When i was 12 years old , i had anxiety ( well , i am not sure if it is bcz i didn't go to a counselor ) and every 30-60 minutes i started crying badly for no reason. and i felt like it was killing me. My parents didn't give a shit bcz they thought it was something normal. But later it just stopped by itself :)

She has friends. She makes friends very easily because she's outgoing and funny. Her friends come over all the time and she acts like a normal teenager. Then when they leave she's just a completely different person. Believe me I'm trying to figure out who this bobby guy is as well.

I would say that its just a habit ,,, but the moving back and forth in bed thing is really suspicious / weird. I really think she needs to go to a counselor. who knows how this thing will develop? imagine her marrying "bobby" when she grows up lol... Has she ever been in a relationship before? when did u notice that its becoming weird?
by the way there are some habits that a person sticks to if he starts them when he is young... I keep on moving everywhere without taking rests ,,, started this thing when i was a kid. I also do it when i am talking to people.

Yeah but all of her relationships would end in a week or two. She never tells me why it ended she just says they better stay away from me. So they probably mistreated her or something i don't know. If she told me that she married Bobby i would check her into a mental home and just visit her daily. I'm looking online to find some counselor's for her to talk to. Age 14 that's when things became really weird. One minute she would laugh when she talks to bobby the next minute she's crying. I just wanna know who this "bobby" person is and how we can just erase him from the picture. Maybe when she gets outta school I'll try to talk to her about it and see what she says.

what if she is just pulling a prank on u? try to talk to her ex (s) without letting her know and ask him why did he leave her. If she does this to u only , she might be pulling a prank.. And when she was 14 , any unusual incident happened to her? Something that made her sad? Does she still search for guys at school/public? Did u ever tell her about taking her to a counselor? If yes and she refused , tell the counselor about it and tell him that u dont want her to know he is a counselor. He will figure something out ( a plan or something) that will make it possible for him to get to know her better.

Yeah thanks i didn't think of asking her ex's. I'll do that. The only thing that really hit her hard was our grandfathers death they were extremely close. They were best friends actually. We never really talked about his death so she's probably still hurting over that, I just never realized. Wow thank you so much for you're help you've helped a lot :)

Everyone reasons through your own behaviors and beliefs. That doesn't mean that their reasoning is valid or has anything to do with reality. It would be different if we had details such as "Bobby" always existing, for instance, or a sharp and prolonged change in behavior, but we have nothing but your inherent fears and jeers and judgment which honestly is not a professional opinion. We don't even have a time window and we have a singular instance, just one, instead of a constant and consistent stream of the behaviors.

The girl's talking to herself, and answering, may not be directly related to the figment she's created. As a matter of fact they could be entirely separate; the odds that the figment is connected is pretty low unless it's been consistent for ten whole years which apparently you either dismissed and ignored or just refused to come to alarm about.
