For me I really didn't have anybody in my life growing up and I felt there's no way in this world I'd want my kids to go through that my goal was to make my kids way better than me. I did not care what it took I did not care about anything except for that goal I made sure that my son got to do anything and everything that he wanted to do and if you wanted to experience growing up I raised him I never had to raise my voice I never disciplined are restricted him from being a kid bottom line is I didn't make it all about me if you did something wrong I would say pssst with my first finger motion come here he would say yes dad and I would say is that property yours no he would say I would say okay well then you have to respect it what happens if you broke it do you have the money to to fix it or reimburse the people that own it no he would say that's okay well think before you do respect other people's property go have fun. He was to the point it was quick and he understood it he had to have good clothes good shoes biggest thing about raising kids is you have to understand the parent is their God they love their parents if your kid sees you on the telephone talking to one of your friends gossiping how can you about things you shouldn't be talking about that's what they learn when you're talking to your friends over at the house no matter what you say what kind of body language you use that's what they learn if they do something wrong and you yell and scream and throw a tantrum tantrum that's what they learn they learn if you want something you have to yell and scream to get it your responsibility is to make them become the best they can become without then knowing that's what you're doing no matter what you be honest you never lie you never cheat you never act like a big shot in Bragg you keep your calm at all times no matter what's going on because that's what they learn all you can do is set the foundation for them with that strong Foundation they were Building Stone House it's a very big responsibility who do you want your child to be I wanted mine to be better than me and I succeeded 6 ft 7 big and buff a good looking kid he's a fireman paramedic

it's such a big responsibility, that everything important to you has to be put on hold until your child succeeds at life and becomes a self sufficient, healthy adult.
Meanwhile, you also get the pleasure of not enough sleep, replacing things frequently, losing irreplacable things, hemorrhaging money for their food, toys, tech, college, etc. having almost no free time to do what you want or hang out with who you want, and a literal buttload of absolutely horrid smells.00 Reply

+1 yOne may not be bad, but my sister has 3 boys under 10, and they are a hand full. So yes, I'd say they are definitely a responsibility and kids are not for everyone. But you will have someone to take care of you in old age and won\t ever feel alone.

You learned things like empathy, speech, ethics, and communication from your mother. The most basic form of infant learning is mimicry. You copied your first word for example, everyone did.
They're my life's purpose. When I have them that's where all my time and energy is going. My wife and kids. The rest of the world is just a background.
