Like why do we treat the 18 years a dad is forced to pay child support as an obligation? Why can't the dad just say he doesn't care about the kid? That in nonsense. You could argue that a man should be part of the decision. But there is no way he could force a woman to subject herself to any medical procedure, even if it's to kill a child.
And say he doesn't care? That would only make the situation worse. Men would make someone pregnant due to risky practices and then just walk away without consequences. I still can't think of a scenario where that would be acceptable but I am interested in the exact conditions and the outcomes after the introduction of such legislation. I could not find anything like that though, everywhere it just said you have to pay. Do you have any links I could check?

I think men should be able to get a legal abortion.
If they impregnate a woman and they aren't informed of it before it's too late.
Or if they let the woman and the legal system know they want the legal abortion before the deadline of the actual abortion deadline.
