Thats extremely normal. Its pretty common for guys to control there sister and daughter, but that doesn't mean we like it or will tolerate it.

Its natural for them to be over protective and try to make sure we are safe in our relatioships.

Its natural for us to feel this way as a response to being overly protected. That means we are becoming better and respecting ourselves more as a result of them teaching us and we try to respect them and not disrespect them but at the same time being fed up with something unnecesary yet sometimes necessary.
