Mom is blaming me for cheating allegations?

She has been accusing my dad of cheating at his job 2 years ago. From then she’s been mad at me and separating me and my sister from my dad because we won’t accuse him too? It makes me sad and I don’t understand where she’s coming from. Me and my sister live our own lives. Why are we treated like we did something wrong because we won’t fight our dad for her? Has this ever happened to someone? I’m so confused about this? I don’t believe my dad cheated either but she insists over and over. She claims we take our dads side and won’t believe her. I’m not sure how my dad could cheat if they are always together. The been married 40 years. Is there mental illness going on with my mom?

"believe all whamen" the mother always tries to manipulate those around her in order to destroy the man. That's why every woman has her army of white knights today. It's all part of her defensive network that she can use whenever she feels like she wants to destroy someone. Women play the victims to gain a position of power. It's always the man's fault. She did nothin wrong.

My mom used to resent my dad, but she never tried to turn me against him. It's not fair that your mom is doing this, and you shouldn't let her do this to you and your sister.

I think the best way is to actually have a proper conversation with your mom and listen to her side of the story on what made her think that your dad cheated. Just listen to her and don't say anything to make her even more angry or feel like there's no one there to support her.

Oh my, is there anyone else you think that she can talk to? Maybe trying getting your dad to talk to her or maybe they should attend marriage counseling for both of your parents mental health.

Yeah it’s pretty bad. We discussed that something might be wrong with her. I don’t understand why she’s blaming her daughters and trying to ruin our relationship with our father it hurts and makes me hate her
