I wouldn't know...my older brother is the only one with kids so nothing to compare to, but it definitely depends on the person, their experiences, their knowledge, their finances, have they dealt with their traumas (aka not passing it on to their kids) rather than their birth order.

Hard to say isn't it? I think it's all about the person.

My childhood friend is a wonderful mother and she loves her role as one. Her older brother still doesn't have a family or a serious relationship.

My big brother is a wonderful father to his two sons, while I the younger sister have no partner or kids and I wonder if I'm ever going to have kids either. - I'm not a kids person.
