There is a few things i learned growing up and looking back at. What it though was being adult was not adult at all. And what it though was safe and not a big deal was often not safe and it was a big deal. I was wrong about so many things. And that my parents had more knowledge about the world then i though at the time. They just wanted me safe and did not want me to get hurt in any way. So on some parts i regret not listening to them. But some other parts is stuff I needed to figure out on my own.

No it´s either my mum trying to control everything is my dad is either easy-going and more the type of parents that tells me I shouldn´t do something because the consequences could be bad but he still lets me do it. my mum is more the controlling type.

My father wasn't around, but yes, I grew up w/a narc mom and it really made an impact on my life unfortunately.
