i never told this to anyone.. since its family stuff and money-ish talk.
but i can't hold anymore😠please anyone take some time to advise/listen for me🥺
my dad has 4 siblings, his dad (grandpa) passed away on 2011. Grandpa was an chemist engineer, he left money for each of them $14,000
my dad was passively ask about the inheritance distribution due he was being controlled by his female siblings.
none of them that is individually explain further. all he knew was his money in his sister's bank account, she would just give him based on his exact need.
FYI, my parents got divorced since 2001 so my mom only advised him to ask the money for deposits, for some reason he refused.
on 2021, my dad had passed away, and until today.. all my aunts never tell me that they still have my dad's belonging.
i think money isn't something too hard to say if they didn't have bad intention towards my late dad and his daughters. since they all isn't too young for talking and explain where all the money left.
it had been given on 2011, and now 2022.. more than 10 years passed.
🥺😔
i didn't know all these information, until i found my dad's legal files in his cupboard. knowing dad's siblings wronged him makes me so sad, and thinking of they enjoy their life above dad, me and my sister's suffer.
thankyou, i hope my vent would be heard well by someone who understands finance, law, or even just about family relationships..🥺😔
P. s.
i saw on the last record in the file, that dad has $10,500 left after all expenses in his life. even some lists written was being manipulated, its really obvious🥺

Who is on your father's will tho?
He didn't have lawyer or anyone behind😔 he lived poorly as well as me, my sister and mom..
And you don't have your father's bank information?
Sorry i was sleepy didn't sleep whole night. So i misunderstood the question.. on my dad's will are me and my sister..
I have my dad's bank accounts, but its no longer the bank that his sister's sent the money to.
If your name is in the will and your sister then you by law can claim that money
The problem is lawsuit needs extra money, maybe it will happen when dad's siblings dead..
Just go to the bank and say you want to claim your the money and see what happens
Its not in my dad's bank account. Its in my aunt's bank account.. thats why i posted this on here..
My aunt pretend that's nothing happened behind til now. It remains lie as grandpa didn't left dad and me as his grandchild nothing..
You haven't tried asking your aunt for the money?
She wronged my dad and up to 10 years passed.. she just wanted to pretend nothing she should responsible about. Its not something to forget, its his brother's money and its not low amount..
There has to be something can do legally, I'm sure of it
