Who do you think should be given the grandparent's Will in this situation?

Say the Grandparent was originally going to split her Will between her 4 children, but one of the children "John " passes away before the Grandparent does.

When the Grandparent eventually passes away , should that money be split with the children of John or should that money just go to John's remaining Siblings.

What do you think in that situation?

It should go to John's kids, as it was originally meant for him

Despite already being deceased, John will still get his equal share which will be equally distributed among his children.

I think it should go to his kids. If he is no longer alive.

It should go to the 4 kids, johns share should should be split to his kids as inheritage, So all get their rightful share.

Depends on the country but legally Johns siblings would usually be beneficiaries. It's why a will is important.

I think it should be shared, not only among Johns children but his siblings too.
Not equally though, slightly more to his children because that was already in his will.
