Grandparents do not have a blood right to be in their grandkids lives: agree or disagree?

While I do think that parents have a right to a chance to raise their own kids, cause they made them. I don't think that extends to grandkids, because they did not make those. Those are just their kids'. Hopefully the kids want their parents in the grandkids life, but it is not an obligation.
