I absolutely use to love going home and visiting my friends and family. I have seen anyone in my family or seen any old friends since 2016. I stopped calling to say hello. I use to go 2-3 times a year. I would love that time being back. I got to spend good time with siblings and parents. At night I would go hang out with friends. It was always a good time. Nothing happened where I wouldn't want to go back. I just think about it now and I get anxiety. It's not an excited anxiety. It has gotten so bad I can't even call back home. Its probably been 2 years since I quit calling. I never answer anyone's calls. On a good day I might text back. Most the time not. It makes me feel terrible.
Does any ever get anxiety and dread going back to your home town?(if you ever moved away from home)?
